With the unfortunate situation of COVID19 and our main priority being the health of our customers, families and our team we have implemented a FINAL SALE POLICY.
Though we are doing our part to make sure packages are safely sent out we cannot be sure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same, and so all returns and exchanges has been suspended until further notice.

All items are shipped via USPS and take 2-5 business days to be shipped except for holidays which may extend shipping times. Once items have been shipped customers will receive a tracking number via email.

To ensure that your package gets delivered and received by you in the shipment time advertised, please make sure your address is entered in full and correct. Use current abbreviations and ensure spaces are inserted properly. If there are any issues with verifying the address provided customer service will contact, you via the email address provided with your order. If after several attempts without response or no form of contact was added your order will be cancelled and your money returned to the original form of payment.
If you realize the incorrect shipping information was entered please contact us as soon as possible at Flavors_of_fashion@yahoo.com with your name, order number and correct address update and we will make the changes once the item(s) has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped before correction is received, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse any shipment from flavorz-of-fashion.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost plus the fee to return the package to us (if any is associated). This will be deducted from the refund total of the item purchased.
If your package is marked as delivered via your tracking information but your package was not received please contact USPS to file a claim as we are unable to file claims on the customers behalf.
